Description
The proprietary packing material used in the PuriTox column is contained in a polypropylene reservoir barrel. The TC-C210 is a gravity flow column which may be used with a vacuum manifold system. The large reservoir barrel allows for increased sample extract to be placed on each column. The PuriTox column is designed to reduce the adsorption of mycotoxin compounds in the cleanup column. The TC-C210 is optimized for use of clean-up of Type A and B Trichothecenes or in conjunction with other PuriTox columns to enhance the clean-up of complex matrices.
